There doesn’t seem to be very much information available about this building, so without sounding like an estate agent I can’t really say too much about it! All I can find out is that the front counter closed in February 2016 but the building remained occupied by PCSO’s up until the May.
It has a guide price of £875,000 and money raised from the sale will be part of the Essex Police initiative to save £63 million by closing 8 stations across the county.
I took a few externals of the small building during 2015/16 as I had read it was on the closure list. I tried to keep an eye on it’s status over the following year, the last time I stopped for a little look was in November 2016 when it still had a few police cars parked out the back, then it dropped off me radar, unfortunately like a lot of stuff does! So thanks to JSP for reminding me about it’s existence!

I felt rather helpless watching this toxic creature buzzin insanely whilst spinning about on it’s back at 1000rpm with its legs in the air. I thought about giving it a bit of first aid as it squeezed out it’s final buzzzzzz…but I think flies breath through small holes in their arse’s so I took a pic instead
