West Blockhouse Point, Dale,Pembrokeshire

A few pics from my visit to West Blockhouse Point, Dale,The gun emplacements are already done on here so I've just added the spigot mortar emplacement (couldnt find the second one,maybe next time) and what looks like a buried bunker at the top of the field which isnt on the DOB.Would love to dig that one out.

Wow I've not seen one in place with ammo lockers before, that's great.

nice find there Rich got to agree with Krela I've never seen one with ammo lockers either. The burried bunker is probably a pillbox. You need to go back with a shovel and dig it to see just what it is

Its a bit too big for a pillbox I think must be around 25 feet x 12 feet and its set well back behind the battery emplacements . tempted by the shovel idea though or maybe a JCB
