The Training Ship Vindicatrix was moored at Sharpness docks until she was scrapped in the 60s. I haven't been able to find out much online but from a book I read several years ago the training was pretty tough. There's almost nothing left of the shore facilities now but a tarmaced area, one hut and some hut bases.
