Just found it in 5 min its really quite easy.
Given the age of the report Id be very suprised if this is still open

I can find Borley lakes reservoirs 1-5, but not this specific location

You've taken some stunning pictures. You're use of light and how you've set up of each shot are superb. I really love the photo where you have the light reflected from your hand. Beautifully done

It's very close to Caesar’s Camp. Look at Google Aerial view and compare it with the one in this thread.
