Visited CN and got some pics of the (sad to see) uber demolition work that's been underway for a while now.
Do I need to say any more? I'm an explorer before a photographer so all of these gorgeous images were taken on my little pocket snapper, I make no apologies for bad lighting etc
Handy ditch!
I do like the colour of the ferns in this shot:
Found this odd stuff on the floor of a room, seemed at first like it was a fungus or mould of some description (and it might be), but they were rock solid and seemingly full of pink something... ew.
The floor was a little dodgy here and there, but observing full health and safety guidelines we decided to go on and that healthy and safety could "f**k off".
Sigh:
Some documents:
Tunnels - still not sure about these if they mirror the setup of St Mary's or not - seem like they might but I was not in the mood to wander down them:
Fart Bomb!
(no sadly it was empty)
Destruction by the pool:
(nearly walked into the security guard here, saw him doing his rounds twice before we got bored and left)
And possibly my fav discovery of the whole day - not only was this old festering soft cheese still here, it was covered in what appeared to be lice or pupae of some description! See all those little spots? LARVA! Yummy!!!
Took loads more pics but like I said they're mostly of my boots, or more empty rooms, or my trollface.
