Heathfield was a UK brand of Dumptruck that was founded in the mid 1960s and the main models were built at Newton Abbot in Devon, England . They were taken over by Bell of South Africa in 1998 after having several other owners and eventually closed down. This manufacturer was very resourceful using several parts from many mechanical components sourced from outside companies. With a wide choice production output was very good in the 1970s and 1980s. One of the many successful British dumptrucks manufactures of its time.
This dump truck appears to be a 1985 heathfield h33 td model.Heathfield H33 - 1982 with a 14 litre Cummins NTA 855-C-360 and a Five speed Allison CLBT750 Automatic or a Cat 3406 375 hp engine. A total of 68 were built so it is quite a rare find. Thanks to @ @BikinGlynn for the pin.

Heathfield is a vilage some five miles north-west of Newton Abbot, towards the slower slopes of Dartmoor. It is quite likely that the works were at Heathfield - near the A38 for ready transportation by low loader to customers. Heathfield also had the Candy Tiles works, making roof tiles using clay from nearby clay pits., and had been there in the 1880s. It closed in 2019.
Alas the drying tower has ben demolished. No chance of a derelict site visit. Commercial Motor website has an article on Heathfield dumptrucks.
