The SF School
Located just seconds from a busy high street within an historic town, The SF School has sat disused since 2010 when it's students were moved next door to a new school building.
Unfortunately, not a lot of information can be found about the history of The SF School but we believe that it is of an Victorian age. We are aware that the building was used as a School for many years but we are currently unaware of it's original purpose.
We were very pleased to see that the building is not suffering too badly and has been virtually untouched by the usual low life metal thieves and vandalls that make their way inside these wonderful places to do nothing but tear them apart.
How long this remains is anybodies guess...
We have known about this building for sometime not but for one reason and another, we have never actually documented it until now. After a few moments, I was inside and the camera was rolling! I was surprised to see how small the building actually was inside, there were only a small number of classrooms and several fairly small offices but the solid wooden floors and peeling paint made up for it.
