Agreed. He says it's for an Oerlikon but I'm not taking that at face value either. I've located the PB, ADS says this about it;

I would say it's fair to say these are 20mm mountings, whether for oerlikon or other type is probably impossible to say though given that the guns would have been issued long after the pillboxes were built (and in many cases were never actually issued).
