Pink cottage August 24

I have spent the morning driving around the Leicestershire countryside. First to a house I noticed yesterday which looked derelict, but I'm not 100% convinced even though there a cars rotting in the very overgrown garden. I Think a night time drive by to see if the lights are on will be a good idea first!
I don't have any history to this pink cottage all I can tell you is, it's been barricaded off whilst a huge, new road is being built right beside it. I know a couple of years back it was still a home.
The occupiers were elderly guessing by the decor and stair lift. Some lovely parquet flooring that is unfortunately damp and coming up from the floor making a veey loud crunch as you walk through. Some beautiful old beams too. Nothing left inside, except the curtains and light fixtures, but I'm glad I've gotten to see inside to cure my curiosity.
